As the Architect of Record, we offer comprehensive and selected REMEDIAL DESIGN. We address the building envelope, interiors, site and accessibility components. When required, we coordinate with Engineers and other consultants. We produce construction drawings & specifications suitable for bidding & building.

 

We also provide Construction Contract Administration to assist with the project's quality control and required certifications. When significant design changes are scheduled, we work attentively with the Client to assure the concept meets with satisfaction. We integrate logic with aesthetics to derive solutions which are functional,                                                               attractive and economical.
